This class begins with a hatha yoga practice of breathing and exercise. A Yoga Nidra practice follows. Yoga Nidra is the Science of relaxation. It uses a systematic rotation of consciousness with intention and visualization and allows us to access the deeper recesses of our mind where problems originate. This technique is used for stress management, to enhance learning in education, to harmonize the deeper unconscious and awaken inner potential, and as a meditative technique.
