Breath Aware & Asana
The first half hour of the class begins with abdominal diaphragm breathing, then lower chakra breathing and
being aware of breaths while gradually working towards “Stillness”.
Asana practice is the focal point of breathing which is at the lower chakra
(Dan-Jeon). The energy at the Dan-Jeon helps to stabilize and harmonize the whole
energetic system to restore health and calming of the mind.
The aim of the class it to leave with a sense of being at peace.
