Heated Hatha Yoga
Practice a flow of traditional hatha yoga postures in a room warmed to 26 degrees. Heated Yoga is not hot yoga, but the warmed room provides a more gentle heat in which to sink deeper into the postures and work up a bit of a glow! Detoxify the skin and body, while increasing your cardio element. As with every class make sure to avoid meals within an hour and a half of class and be sure to hydrate yourself after class. We have an alkaline water ionizer in the kitchen for your drinking needs.
