Simplify, Let Go & Be Yoga
To be is to recognize our own inner potential to Let go and Simplify day to day living. In this class we will be experiencing and learning various relaxation techniques as well as loosening the physical body through joint and gland “stretches” which can be used with great benefits by almost any body type. By increasing the circulation to different parts of the body and by restoring the natural, flowing body image in the mind, a harmonious feeling of energy throughout the system can be reestablished.
