This class was formerly called Yoga for MS.
Enjoy this time learning and practicing the many techniques yoga offers to build strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. In this class, especially designed for those dealing with illness or MS, chairs and props are used to provide optimal benefit and safety.
Adaptations are offered to suit a wide variety of abilities, flexibilities, and energy levels! Join in with this lighthearted, friendly group of people and enjoy the many benefits yoga has to offer both body and mind.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Half the cost of this class is covered by the MS Society for those who qualify.
