Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation

Yin yoga, sinking into stillness. Yin yoga involves long-held passive floor postures that target the deep connective tissues in the body, restoring and maintaining mobility and flexibility. It is slow and meditative giving space to turn inward, to breathe through discomfort and tune into sensations in both body and mind. Energetically, yin opens up the body’s meridian system to release blockages and increase the flow of energy. The yin practice will be followed with short gentle movement to prepare for a restorative guided meditation. It is a practice safe for all levels.
