Yoga Fit
Yoga Fit is for you if you want to build overall strength, balance, flexibility, agility and coordination. You will use your body weight as resistance and employ controlled breathing to help you progressively build core strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. Class incorporates different props – such as balance beams, weights, balls, bands and yoga blocks which contribute to a great cardio and strength workout.
