Yoga for Anxiety

Yoga for Anxiety will use mind-body practices to help reduce anxiety, increase resilience to stress, calm the mind and relax the body. The class will include:
Breath work that help calm the nervous system and bring relaxation to the mind and body.
Yoga poses that help relieve symptoms of anxiety and help you feel grounded and calm while releasing areas of tension and stress in the body.
Mindfulness meditation to help focus on the present moment and learn to cope with feelings of anxiety and worry.
