Kajal started practising yoga about 13 years ago for fitness purposes. Over the years, she realized that yoga was designed to provide a way to be happy and healthy in body and mind as we go through the challenges of our day-to-day life.
Life gently guided her to the Yoga Teacher Training program in 2014 at Yoga for Today. She feels immense gratitude to have embarked on this inspiring journey. She has explored yoga by studying yoga philosophy, experiencing different styles of yoga practice and meditation with wonderful teachers like Chris Erdmann-Boyko, Glenda Sartore, Rita Maltais, Brenda Feurstein, Friedel Khattab, Gerda Krebs, Kushok Lobsang and Anne Douglas.
Kajal is delighted to share a way to be happy and healthy in body and mind and promote overall well-being by teaching yoga.
