Franklin Paul

It is with a heavy heart YfT shares the passing of beloved Teacher and Friend, Franklin Paul.  Frank, born March 20, 1945 passed away peacefully in his sleep around 1:15 am on the morning of Sunday, Nov. 15 in the company of his roomate and confidant, Betty.  That evening they shared supper together and then Frank was on the computer enjoying his favorite utubes before going to bed. All was pretty normal until Betty awoke through the night to hear Frank cry out.  Frank had diabetis and high blood pressure but Betty said there was no indication he was sick.  His sudden passing came as a complete shock.

Frank was a good man, a kind man, a decent man.  He loved his students, he was devoted to the path of yoga, and he loved Yoga for Today.   Frank loved yoga more than anything and he was always there for his students.  He recently bought 4 Yama and Niyama books to share with his students.  He always did things like that.  Sharing yoga was more important than anything; he always thought about others and was always there for anyone in need.

Frank will be dearly missed by all of us.  He will be remembered for his loving presence and warmth, his generous smile and being, his hearty laugh that filled any room, his lively conversations, the hugs he loved to give and the path of yoga he loved to share.
