Terri Jones

Terri has been practicing many types of yoga for the past 15 years. Initially drawn to the physical practice of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, Terri’s practice changed dramatically after struggling to manage chronic pain. Yoga has taught Terri to be more mindful and present. After completing teacher training at Yoga for Today, Terri’s teaching and practice have shifted to focus on breath, body awareness, balance and alignment. Working as an Occupational Therapist for 20+ years has influenced Terri’s approach to offer classes that integrate functional, varied, sustainable movement.
