Kajal Kapoor


Kajal started practising yoga about fifteen years ago for fitness purposes. Over the years she realized that yoga was skilfully designed to provide a way to be happy and healthy in our body and mind, as we navigate through the challenges of our day to day life.

Life gently guided her to the Yoga Teacher Training program in 2014 at Yoga for Today. She feels immense gratitude to have embarked on this inspiring journey. She has explored yoga by studying yoga philosophy, experiencing different styles of yoga practices and meditation with wonderful teachers like , Glenda Sartore, Rita Maltais, Brenda Feuerstein, Friedel Khattab, Gerda Krebs, Kushok Lobsang , Anne Douglas and Richard Miller.

Kajal is delighted to teach yoga and share the yogic wisdom to promote over all well-being so that we can all move through life with ease and joy in wholeness.

Certified in Hatha Yoga, Gentle and Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Kids and Gerda Krebs Apprenticeship from Yoga for Today
Certified iRest Yoga Nidra Teacher from Integrative Restoration Institute with Richard Miller Certified in Ayurvedic Wellness and Yoga for Balance and Mental Health from Sacred Seed Yoga and Ayurveda
Completed the Bhagavad Gita and Classical Yoga Studies with Brenda and Georg Feuerstein
