Michelle Anderson
In 2002, Michelle took her first yoga class in the basement of a small town church. Fast forward to 2015 when she leapt into 200 hour hatha teacher training right here at Yoga for Today. She has found yoga’s eight limbs makes her calmer, more focused and always striving to be a better person. Before staying home to raise her two sons, Michelle was a newspaper journalist with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She believes that all forms of movement should be accessible to everyone and to approach it with a sense of light heartedness. You can find her on the mat, in the gym or hitting the road for a run.
