Yoga began as a physical practice for me, and rapidly expanded into every aspect of my life.
In 2016 I got dragged to a yoga class by my friend. Something magical occurred that day on my mat and I kept going back for more. Yoga made me curious about my body’s capabilities. I noticed more strength and flexibility and was in awe over what I could do. I felt a sense of belonging and energy to every class I attended. Then I started to notice that something more stayed with me every time I left my mat. I felt stronger, more confident, less anxious, more patient and better able to surrender to the moments life presented me.
I am a Respiratory Therapist and work in a stressful ICU setting, as well as a mother. My supportive husband, two amazing kids and hilarious dog keep me grounded. We are avid outdoors people who love to enjoy nature. I am also an indoor plant enthusiast!
I completed Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and have been teaching ever since.
I credit yoga for making me the best version of myself. Yoga has brought me an incredible sense of acceptance, peace and empowerment, and I hope to bring the same to you through the power of breath and movement. I cannot wait to meet you on the mat!
