Chris BH 6Chris took his first formal yoga class in 1991. He continued a home practice for many years and returned to formal classes in 2005. Chris is a cyclist and amateur triathlete and has been developing a stretch program specifically for men. Chris has great passion for yoga and the mind-body connection. His yogic journey continues with an enthusiasm he hopes to share with students over the years to come.
