Mommy and Preschooler Yoga

This is a class designed for moms and their children 3 and older. It is a great opportunity to introduce Yoga to children while moms get a full body stretch and a chance to find their centre. The poses are simple enough for children to follow but effective in helping busy mothers stretch and strengthen. Children are encouraged to join in the entire class, including breathing and corpse pose at the end.

Quiet toys and colouring station will be provided if children prefer.
