Reg has always been moving through Sport and Martial Arts. He has been employed in the fitness industry since 1994 and has taught at Norquest College, Augstana Campus, the University of Alberta and Grant MacEwan University in the Physical Education Programs, as well as strength coached Inter-collegiate and National athletic teams. Reg’s passion is to help us move toward wholeness by becoming more aware of the inner wisdom our bodies hold. His teaching focuses on alignment and re-habilitation of past injuries or pain we hold in our tissues. Starting in 2007, Reg has maintained a daily practice of meditation, pranayama and asana to deepen his understanding of yoga and how it can support us in all aspects of our lives.
